Our client is in the Public Sector and we are looking for a Lead Developer to join on a 12 Month FTC. This role is remote with 6 days a month in their Brighton office.

Description

This role is a mix of hands on coding and technical leadership

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and standards.
  • Be involved in technical strategy
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies to improve existing systems.
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability.
  • Document development processes and create user-friendly technical documentation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
