Qualifications

• Operational engineering experience with an electrical bias.

• Experience in budget management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to engineering teams in the region.
• Implement the Critical Environments Process.
• Manage the Optima CEM product and administration.
• Line manage a small team of engineers.
• Ensure effective service delivery and meet KPIs.
• Drive best practices through proactive reviews.
• Manage reactive budget and supply chain strategy.
• Build relationships with key vendors.
