Job summary

A leading insurance firm in the UK is seeking a Head of Compliance Monitoring & Operations to oversee compliance strategies and regulatory operations. This role involves leading the compliance monitoring function, ensuring adherence to FCA and Lloyd's regulations, and managing compliance risks. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of technical compliance experience and proven skills in implementing effective compliance frameworks. This is a permanent full-time position based in London.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technical compliance exposure.
• Deep technical knowledge of FCA and Lloyd’s requirements.
• Proven experience in regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance monitoring function.
• Oversee regulatory operations and compliance strategies.
• Develop and execute the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Prepare Compliance Monitoring updates for various committees.
