Lead Chef - Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

We\'re currently recruiting an enthusiastic Lead Chef to help us deliver exceptional food experiences for Healthcare on a part-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

As a Cook, you\'ll play a vital role in preparing and serving meals that brighten our clients\' and customers\' days, all while working within the UK\'s leading food service company. You\'ll be supported with opportunities to grow, recognised for your hard work, and encouraged to bring your own individuality to the team.

Shift pattern: 5 out of 7 days

Responsibilities
  • Preparing tasty, high-quality meals that meet the needs of our clients and customers
  • Following menus and recipes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Assisting with menu changes and supporting creative food ideas
  • Listening to customer feedback to help improve our service
  • Ensuring kitchens are well-stocked by monitoring supplies
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal cook will
  • Be passionate about great-tasting food and good service
  • Have some previous experience in a cooking role
  • Hold or be willing to work towards a Food Hygiene certificate
  • Work well as part of a team and support colleagues when needed
  • Have a flexible and positive approach to working
