Qualifications

• Eligible to be included on the Specialist register.
• Evidence of CESR application submission.
• Evidence of audit and implementation of change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of cardiac MRI services locally.
• Oversee inpatient cardiology patients and triage referrals.
• Conduct two outpatient clinics weekly.

Skills

Level 3 competency in Cardiac MRI

Competency in MPS reporting

Proven ability to teach and train others

Effective team working skills

Time management and organisational ability

Education

MBBS or equivalent primary medical qualification

Full registration and a licence to practise with the GMC
