• The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for elevating the effectiveness, consistency, and impact of the Business Analyst team.
• This role involves mentoring 8–10 Business Analysts, defining BA standards, improving documentation quality, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
• The Lead BA ensures requirements are well-defined, processes are streamlined, and communication between technical and business stakeholders drives successful project outcomes.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years leading or mentoring analysts.
• Strong understanding of requirement elicitation, documentation, and process modeling.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise-level applications or multi-module systems.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Experience:

• Experience mentoring Business Analysts.
• Experience facilitating workshops, requirement sessions, and cross-team discussions.
• Experience translating business needs into clear documentation.
• Experience supporting projects with complex business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality requirement artifacts including BRDs, RTMs, user stories, and process flows.
• Review BA deliverables and provide constructive feedback.
• Facilitate requirement sessions and workshops.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Support prioritization, risk mitigation, and project alignment.
• Present updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Mentor Business Analysts and foster continuous improvement.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement best practices.
• Remove roadblocks and proactively address risks.
