A leading legal services provider is seeking a Qualified Lawyer to join their Community Care legal team. This pivotal role involves supporting local authorities with adult social care legal duties, especially in the Court of Protection, and requires strong legal expertise and client relationship management skills.

Salary/package: £42,000 - £46,000 per annum

This role plays a crucial part in supporting local authorities to comply with their adult social care legal duties. You will lead and manage legal proceedingsin the Court of Protection and provide expert advice on critical areas of adult social care law. Your work will directly contribute to the protection of vulnerable individuals and the delivery of high-quality public services.
