About this Landscape Team Leader role:

The Landscape Team Leader must have some experience in all aspects of landscaping, will have an eye for detail, good people skills, basic horticultural knowledge and must be well organised. It is the team leader’s responsibility to ensure that the jobs run efficiently and are completed on time. The ability to work as part of a team and lead is essential as is self-motivation, enthusiasm, and reliability. This is physically demanding role, and candidates must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. Some of the key tasks of the person will be:

• Loading, unloading and moving materials
• Preparation of ground using both hand and mechanical tools
• Assist in constructing and erecting fences
• To assist in building gardens to the highest of standards
