Overview

Role – Landscape Architect

Location – Essex

Salary - £DOE

We are looking for a Landscape Architect for a reputable multi-disciplinary consultancy that works in the areas of Landscape and Urban Design, Planning and Architecture.

Established for over 40 years, they have grown to 3 UK offices. They are continuing to grow, responding to client needs, and opening opportunities to build new client relationships.

As a Landscape Architect, you would be expected to work on projects from concept design through to delivery on site. You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic about delivering imaginative design, with a keen eye for detail. Good written and communication abilities are paramount, as is strong 3D visualization skills and competency in AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and ideally Lumion.

BIM / REVIT knowledge is desirable, but if not, be prepared to develop skills in this area.

Responsibilities

The role involves working on projects spanning from concept design through to delivery on site, with a focus on imaginative design and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication is required, along with 3D visualization skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and ideally Lumion. BIM/REVIT knowledge is desirable and development in this area is encouraged.

Qualifications

Experience as a Landscape Architect and ability to contribute across design stages. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and 3D visualization tools; familiarity with Lumion is a plus. BIM/REVIT knowledge is desirable and willingness to develop it if not already held.
