A leading property agency in the UK is seeking a part-time professional to join their Land and New Homes Team. The candidate will oversee site sales, motivate staff, and manage client relationships. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the client (the developer), our onsite Sales Representative and our centralised Land & New Homes Team.
  • The candidate will need to oversee and lead all aspects involved in achieving successful sales on site.
  • The candidate should be confident in lone working and demonstrate excellent communication skills, along with the ability to motivate others.
  • Represents our business to a high standard when with the clients, other professionals, the public and perspective purchasers.
  • Liaising with our local branches and the developer client to organise various types of meetings with multiple persons.
  • Effective at registering clients, booking viewings, organising marketing campaigns for open days and collecting constructive feedback to relay to our developers.
  • Has the ability and confidence to call out to applicants registered on our database to secure viewings for the development.
  • Consistently achieves targets expected.
  • Some flexibility maybe required to cover occasional leave and absence.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within the property industry is preferred.
  • Superb time management, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills – proactive and able to use your initiative.
  • IT literate in using Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Organised, methodical and efficient.
  • A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships and work closely with all types of people and businesses, from sales to coordination, developers to clients and more!

Salary and Hours

The salary package on offer is £26840 OTE. This role is part time, Monday to Thursday, 24 hours a week.
