Are you an experienced labourer with a sharp eye for plot preparation? We are currently recruiting for a labourer with specific preboarding experience to join a premier new build housing development in the Louth area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to join a fast‑paced site team where quality of finish is a top priority.

About The Role:

In this role, you will be moving beyond standard site tidying. You will be a key link in the production chain, ensuring that plots are perfectly prepped for the boarding teams.

• Clearing and prepping floor/wall areas specifically for boarding, ensuring the workspace is optimized for trades to move in.
• Managing the intake and internal distribution of plasterboard, insulation, and flooring components across various plots.
• Supporting the internal finishing teams to maintain a high momentum of work.
• General housekeeping to ensure a safe, organized, and professional working environment.
• Full compliance with site safety regulations and manual handling best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a labouring role with a focus on preboarding or assisting dry liners/floor layers is a distinct advantage.
• A valid CSCS card is mandatory.
• We need someone who is physically fit, reliable, and takes pride in the organisation of a site.
• Must possess and wear full PPE at all times.
