Overview

The Laboratory Team Leader will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering high-quality results. This role is based in South Ayrshire and requires expertise in laboratory management within an industrial plant environment and leadership within an industrial/manufacturing setting.


Responsibilities


  • Supervise and manage the laboratory team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

  • Ensure all laboratory procedures adhere to industry and regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate testing and analysis processes to support renewable energy projects.

  • Review and validate laboratory data for accuracy and reliability.

  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure operational readiness.

  • Provide training and mentorship to laboratory staff to enhance their skills.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
