• Experience in customer services or sales for an engineering or manufacturing company.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand all laboratory logbooks and ongoing orders.
• Build weekly reports and report to the Laboratory Manager.
• Handle customer queries regarding current orders.
