A national healthcare service is seeking a Community Nurse to join their District Nursing Team in Inverurie, Scotland. This role involves providing care to patients in their own homes under the support of the District Nurse. 22.2 hours per week

We offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our District Nursing Team as a Community Nurse at Inverurie Health & Social Care Hub. You will work autonomously under the direction and support of the District Nurse, to provide a high standard of care to patients in their own homes.

The successful applicant should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to being part of a multidisciplinary team within the Health and Social Care Partnership. Experience in dealing with a wide variety of health and social care issues and a willingness to undertake further training is desirable.
