KS1 Teaching Assistant – Perfect for Aspiring Primary Teachers

Salary: £95–£110 per day | Term-time only | Full-time
Location: Redbridge, East London (IG)
Start Date: ASAP or October 2025 start

This is a full-time role in a Redbridge primary school running until July 2026 and is ideal for someone aiming to train as a teacher in the future.

This is a brilliant chance to gain immersive, hands-on experience supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 within a highly regarded, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ school. You\'ll work closely with experienced educators, receive ongoing CPD, and make a genuine difference in young learners\' lives.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting pupils in Year 1 or Year 2 with literacy, phonics, and numeracy
  • Helping the class teacher deliver engaging, child-led lessons
  • Encouraging pupils’ social and emotional development
