Responsibilities
  • Provide customer-focused service to ensure customer excellence.
  • Follow instructions from management and carry out assigned tasks.
  • Maintain all food safety controls and complete checklists.
  • Prepare orders for smoothies and juices, coffee, and food.
  • Maintain a customer-oriented, positive attitude; high-quality customer service is essential.
  • Work timeously in various positions as required.
  • Assist management and other crew members in working together as a team.
  • Maintain high personal hygiene standards at all times.
  • Practise "Clean as You Go" to ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store.
  • Assist in training new recruits per brand standards and requirements.
  • Stay continuously aware of promotions, product standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a friendly, calm, and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
  • Pay excellent attention to detail; nothing should go unnoticed.
  • Act in a safe manner, complete safety checks, and record them accurately.
  • Maintain confidence in keeping customer satisfaction high.
