A leading mental health organization in Banbury seeks a dedicated Keystone MH Hub Lead Clinician. This role involves leading a team in providing mental health interventions, conducting assessments, and supporting community services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mental health, a professional registration, and a postgraduate qualification. This role will allow you to work in an integrated MH setting with colleagues from primary care, mental health services, including the voluntary and community sector, to improve access to support for people with mental health issues.
As part of our services across Oxfordshire we are implementing Keystone Mental Health hubs to support GP practices with Mental Health assessment and support for patients in their communities.
We will be offering training and development to all our Hub staff to ensure they are able to provide a trusted assessor role, as well as being supported to apply for formal training currently being offered from HEE to provide psychological interventions for people with SMI.
If you recognise the longstanding gap between Primary Care and traditional secondary care mental health services for patients and are an experienced community Mental Health nurse or OT and really want to make a difference and close the gap we look forward to receiving your application.
