Job Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in managing class behaviour
  • Setting up and running some activities
  • To understand the classroom roles and responsibilities
  • Getting the classroom ready for lessons
  • Ensure safeguarding regulations are consistently adhered to
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Resilience and a great work ethic
  • Feel comfortable receiving direction from the classroom teacher
  • Working with small groups and 1:1
  • Assist students during class and ensure they are on task
