A dedicated educational solutions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a vibrant primary school. The role involves working closely with the classroom teacher and helping students achieve their developmental targets. Ideal candidates should have experience in educational settings and support for children with Autism and ADHD. This temporary position could lead to permanent employment after 12 weeks.

Unique School Solutions is supporting a large and vibrant Primary School in the S65 area of Rotherham to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work within Key Stage 1 classes, supporting children with SEND needs. The role will be working within the classroom under the direction of the teacher, supporting students with the Key Stage 1 curriculum and helping to reach developmental targets.
Unique School Solutions is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and applicants will undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers. The role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS certificate; the role is engaged in regulated activity and will therefore require a Barred List Check relevant to the post.
