Overview

The position: Key Account Manager UK & IRE

Together, we\'re set to shape the future of maternal health on a global scale.

As we embark on this exciting new transitional chapter, this role will play a pivotal part in helping to define and deliver our vision across international markets.

Location: Hybrid - The role will be hybrid working, a mix of working from our London or Bristol office & working remotely.

What you’ll be doing

Key account management for existing customers

  • Build and execute our commercial, sales and channel strategy for the UK market
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver retail activation and brand excellence
  • Coordinate with D2C & Amazon KAMs for promo/commercial strategy in the UK market
  • Day-to-day management of existing UK key accounts (JL, Boots, M&P, Next, Harrods, Ocado) & ensuring the execution of JBPs
  • Manage reporting / forecast and trading for existing customers
  • Prepare and execute new launches with existing UK key accounts (Rise, new Consumer Goods range)
  • Take-over management of Ireland distributor to align IE strategy with UK OR take-over management of IE key accounts to drive direct sales
  • Define new channel / growth strategy based on new range and product line
  • Identify / scope / size new business opportunities in the UK market with a focus on grocery channel
  • Lead GTM strategy and operations for these new channels coordinating with marketing, finance and operations teams
What we’re looking for
  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years experience as key account manager for consumer-facing brands
  • Ideally experience in the FMCG category / tech, pharma or beauty segments
  • Experience both in customer acquisition and retention
  • Strong negotiation skills & ability to lead customers
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
