We are looking for a technically skilled and commercially driven Account Manager to lead sales and aftermarket activities within the East Anglia/East Midlands region, strengthening relationships with major utility accounts and driving strategic business growth in this critical operational area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of new equipment and high-value aftermarket service opportunities across your designated utility accounts.
  • Cultivate and sustain deep, long-term partnerships with engineering, operations, and procurement stakeholders within the region’s key water utility.
  • Actively promote our company's full portfolio of products, advanced solutions, and service capabilities to maximise revenue and market share.
  • Serve as the technical expert on pumps and rotating equipment, delivering robust and sustainable solutions that address complex customer challenges, such as flood resilience and network efficiency.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from early opportunity identification and specification influence through to contract completion and handover.
Your Profile
  • Proven track record in technical sales and aftermarket environments within the pumps, rotating equipment, or related heavy engineering sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of pumping solutions, water treatment, distribution, and wastewater applications, ideally gained working with a major UK utility.
  • Highly commercially astute with a clear, results-focused mindset and proven ability to manage complex tender processes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and networking skills across multiple levels of a large client organisation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and proficient in working independently to effectively manage a demanding regional territory and schedule.
