The Restaurant & Role:

  • A well-established, family-run restaurant with a two-Rosette standard of modern French‑inspired cuisine.
  • Focus on exceptional seasonal produce and delivering a memorable guest experience in a relaxed setting.
  • Structured 5‑day working week across 7 shifts: 1 early, 2 late, and 2 double shifts.
  • The restaurant is closed every Sunday and Monday, guaranteeing regular weekends off.
  • Work within a brigade of approximately 10 chefs, offering a supportive and professional kitchen environment.

The Ideal Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within a fine‑dining or Rosette‑awarded kitchen.
