Our client is a successful, family‑feel interior fit‑out and construction business, looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant skills—or the drive to learn—to take their career to the next level in a supportive and trustworthy environment.

Based in the Littlehampton office (with regular site visits), you will manage a portfolio of customers and be involved in the full project cycle—from initial enquiry to delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand briefs, create designs, prepare estimates, and manage projects from start to finish. This is a very team‑focused company where everyone chips in—so flexibility and a proactive attitude are key.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building & maintaining client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the company
  • Manage the full project cycle: understanding client briefs, creating designs, estimating works, planning, and delivering projects
  • Produce and manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets
  • Visit sites as required and provide support to the operational team
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the client’s satisfaction
Key Requirements:
  • Flexible, hands‑on approach with a willingness to support the team where needed
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency essential
  • Driving licence (company van provided)
  • Site experience desirable
  • AutoCAD experience desirable
What’s on Offer:
  • Starting salary around £35,000pa + company van + company bonuses
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30–5.30pm
