Are you a recent school leaver or university graduate living in or around Reading? Are you looking to kickstart your career but haven’t yet found the right opportunity?
This is a full-time, entry‑level role designed for people who are keen to build real experience from day one. You don’t need loads of experience. We’re looking for the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
As a Junior Programme Delivery Manager, you’ll play a hands‑on role delivering programmes that support young people into the world of work. You’ll work directly with students, schools, employers, and partners — building confidence, professional skills, and real‑world experience from day one.
Pathway CTM is a fast‑growing, mission‑led organisation focused on helping young people find the right path into the world of work.
We deliver events, workshops, mentoring, and application support, all designed to help students explore opportunities and connect with employers who genuinely care about early talent. Young people come first in everything we do, which is why leading employers and partners choose to work with us.
If you enjoy variety, care about people, and want a role with real purpose, this is the perfect place to start your career.
You’ll be part of our energetic and supportive Delivery Team, with no two days looking the same. One day you might be delivering engaging workshops in schools, and the next supporting events, mentoring students 1:1, or working behind the scenes to ensure programmes run smoothly.
You’ll represent Pathway CTM in schools and at events (primarily around the M4 corridor), so you’ll need to be confident travelling, presenting, and communicating with a wide range of people. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, wants to build strong communication skills, and loves making a real impact.
