A leading broadcasting company is seeking a Junior Production Coordinator Apprentice. This full-time, fixed-term role lasts 17 months and is based in Glasgow. As an apprentice, you will assist with the logistical aspects of production, including setting up shoots and managing budgets. The program is aimed at individuals over 18, with a passion for media and strong organizational skills. Specialist Factual Productions within BBC Studios produces premium content in four key genres: History, Arts, Music & Culture. We work with UK broadcasters including the BBC, Sky and Channel 4 as well as international clients such as Disney, Sky Docs and PBS. Recent titles from our unit include Tucci in Italy, Lucy Worsley Investigates, Renaissance: The Blood and the Beauty, Disaster At Sea: The Piper Alpha Story, Inside Our ADHD/Dyslexic Minds and Uncanny.
As an apprentice you'll support production teams behind the scenes, helping to bring these stories to life through planning, logistics, and coordination.

On successful completion, you will be able to apply for roles such as Production Management Assistant, Production Secretary, or Production Coordinator, depending on experience inside and outside of the BBC.
