Salary: up to £35,000pa (DOE)

A well-established property management firm based in Central London is seeking a confident and organised Junior Office Manager to join their close-knit, sociable team. About the Role:
As Junior Office Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing a professional and welcoming front of house service. You’ll play a key role in supporting both staff and visitors while managing a variety of administrative and organisational tasks that keep the office running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception service

  • Managing meeting rooms, office supplies, and general office organisation

  • Supporting with incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers

  • Assisting with the coordination of office events and team activities

  • Handling general office administration, including filing, record keeping, and updating databases

  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers as required

  • Supporting senior staff with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
About You:
We are seeking a Junior Office Manager who brings energy, reliability, and a proactive attitude to the role. A background in a customer-focused or administrative environment is essential, along with at least one year of relevant work experience.
