We work to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1,000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1,000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally. A pioneering rights‑sales capability, successfully marketing the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights‑owners and record impact for brands.

We provide each client with a dedicated team of specialists split across Commercial Strategy, Research & Analytics, Creative Services, and Project Management, alongside corporate facing Sales Leads who execute deals with brands and broadcasters globally.

Our team has led and closed more than $1.5 bn dollars in sponsorship revenue for some of the world’s biggest sports properties, including recent record‑breaking deals for Mercedes F1, UEFA Women’s Football, the New Zealand All Blacks, Arsenal, AC Milan and Chelsea.

Requirements
What skills we are looking for:
  • A good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects
  • Knowledge of different typography trends
  • Ability to roto scope, track and animate
  • Motion design, animation and video editing
  • Edit previous After Effects and video templates
  • A basic understanding of Photoshop and InDesign
  • A great ear for music and passion for visual effects to push the envelope

  • Self‑motivated, interested in learning, improving, and developing new skills
  • Ability to follow direction whilst also thinking outside the box

  • A resilient, positive outlook. Someone who’s comfortable with a fast‑paced work environment
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge and passion for the sports sector (not compulsory but a bonus)
