Merchandiser – Gifting & Stationery | 10-Month FTC

We’re partnering with a well-known gifting and stationery brand to recruit a Merchandiser for a 10-month fixed-term contract, taking full ownership of a key product category.

Working closely with the Buyer, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial success — analysing performance, forecasting stock, and ensuring the ranges are both profitable and perfectly balanced between everyday and seasonal lines.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Build, plan and review ranges across everyday and seasonal collections.
  • Forecast sales and stock at line level and monitor performance against targets.
  • Present financials and trading insights to senior leadership.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to maximise sales and profit.
  • Manage purchase orders, allocations and store replenishment.
About you :
  • Currently working as an established Assistant Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser ready for the next step.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator and well‑organised team player.
