As a Junior MCR Operator, you’ll support the smooth and reliable delivery of DAZN’s live sports content. You’ll learn how to monitor incoming feeds, route live signals, troubleshoot basic issues, and operate fundamental MCR systems. Working closely with experienced operators, you’ll be guided through the processes and tools that keep a global broadcast platform running. This role follows the rhythm of the worldwide sports calendar, meaning you’ll work a mix of days, nights, weekends, and public holidays — experiencing the real excitement of live broadcasting. You’ll gain valuable skills in signal monitoring, broadcast workflows, and incident handling, all while contributing to the delivery of top‑tier sports coverage.
