Responsibilities
  • Audio and copy typing of correspondence, legal forms, and documentation
  • Handling incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • General administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and updating client records
  • Managing appointments and liaising with clients directly
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records on the case management system
  • Working collaboratively with the wider secretarial team to provide cover when required
  • Maintaining discretion when handling confidential information
