About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support professional to assist in providing day-to-day technical support to end users. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting their IT career and looking to gain hands‑on experience in a professional support environment.

You will work under the guidance of experienced IT staff and receive structured training to build your technical and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line IT support to end users
  • Assist with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Help with user account setup, access, and password resets
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Log and update incidents using ticketing systems
  • Escalate technical issues to senior IT staff when required
  • Follow IT procedures and security guidelines
  • Maintain basic documentation and support records
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of IT and computer systems
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Willingness to learn technical support tools and processes
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
