A leading housing association in the UK is looking for a Junior HR Analyst to support HR functions through data analysis and reporting. You'll maintain reports, create dashboards, and assist in developing HR systems. The role is hybrid, demanding strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. Title : Junior HR Analyst
Contract Type : 2 Year Secondment
Salary : £30,455 to £36,257 per annum (London weighted salary) or £26,296 to £31,667 per annum (Regional salary) dependent on experience
Grade : 5
Reporting Office : London Stratford or Manchester Trafford
Persona : Agile – 20%–40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office / work‑location (hybrid working)

Interview Dates : Week commencing 9th October 2025

As a Junior HR Analyst you’ll build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data tools that support HR and the wider business. You’ll help us understand what’s working, where we can improve, and how we can support our people better.
We’re growing our data capability and need someone who’s curious, detail‑focused, and ready to learn. Your insights will help us meet our goals and make sure our HR services are efficient, effective, and people‑centred.
You’ll report to the HR Systems & MI Manager and work closely with teams across HR including Payroll, Recruitment, and Business Partners.
