The Junior Digital Test Engineer plays an essential role within the Trust’s Digital Data & Technology (DDaT) team, ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of the Trust’s digital systems and applications. The postholder will contribute to the Trust’s digital strategy by conducting both manual and automated testing, identifying defects, and ensuring software meets the highest standards of performance and usability. Working alongside developers, business analysts, and the senior testing team, the Junior Tester will help ensure robust digital solutions that enhance patient care. This role involves both functional and non-functional testing activities, with a focus on continuous improvement in testing processes and tools. The postholder will use industry-standard testing tools such as Selenium and Protractor, among others, to deliver effective testing solutions within the Trust.
