Salary - £29,000 – £31,000 + 10% Bonus

Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Hybrid working after probation 1 or 2 days per week

The Client Accountant position is integral to the organisation, working in close collaboration with the Property Services and Lettings teams. Responsibilities

Duties

Financial Processing

• Allocate incoming cashflows in Reapit and 360, manage suspense account
• Raise property management and third-party invoices accurately
• Process new deals and set up financial schedules
• Process tenancy deposit refunds accurately
• Reconcile supplier statements, identify discrepancies, and chase outstanding invoices

Client & Tenant Support

• Handle client queries promptly & professionally
• Distribute landlord statements, income breakdowns and NRL6 certificates
• Assist with chasing late rent payments, update landlords

Compliance & Tenancy Management

• Process tenancy endings, changes of occupancy, and deeds in Reapit
• Ensure landlord compliance with the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme

Collaboration & Data Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in Reapit
• Attend weekly and monthly cross-departmental meetings

Qualifications

• Essential:
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent client accounting experience
• Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting &data manipulation)
• High attention to detail & accuracy
• Analytical mindset with ability to handle complex data
• Self-starter with a solution-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills, including a professional phone manner
• Organised, adaptable, and proactive — independently and in a team
