Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain supplier relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Assist in driving value and operational efficiency in procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement of goods and services for F1 activities.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and communicate with the Procurement Manager.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures for the Indirect Procurement team.

Job description
The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Procurement of goods and services to support F1 activities in accordance with Alpine Racing Purchasing Rules.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and effectively communicate all required activity to the Procurement Manager.
  • Asist in driving drive value, performance, and operational efficiency in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's
  • Assist in the develop and implementation of policies, procedures and working practices to continuously improve performance and results of the Indirect Procurement team.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the Procurement Manager
The Person
  • Knowledge of best-practice Purchasing of goods and services (CIPS qualification preferred but not essential).
  • Understanding of Company objectives and the role of the Procurement Department.
  • Good negotiator capable of owning and delivering results.
  • Confident communicator with an engaging personality, able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
