Job summary

A financial services company in City of London is looking for an individual to operate core systems and manage financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree, ACCA or ACA qualification, and relevant experience in the industry. Advanced Excel skills and excellent communication in English are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• ACCA or ACA qualification preferred or part qualified.
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the core system, including accounting entry input.
• Prepare daily management information report.
• Take ownership of expenses and cash management.
• Reconcile Nostro and Vostro accounts.
• Ensure timely filing of transaction records.
• Complete other works required by your line manager.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To operate the core system, including accounting entry input and other operations as required;
• To prepare daily management information report, monitor management and regulatory indicator, as well as provide support for the Department to collate information for auditing and taxation related matters;
• To take ownership of expenses, suspense account, cash management; maintain financial statistics and collate information as required;
• To reconcile Nostro account, Vostro account and security custodian account;
• To make sure transaction records and/or data are filed in an accurate and timely manner; and
• To complete other works required by your line manager.
