  • Make daily payments and handle any related queries.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding debts, ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • Support the Management Accountant with any other ad hoc tasks as required.

You ll be joining a friendly and dynamic team, working closely with the Management Accountant and Financial Controller, supporting them with day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls, assist with queries, and direct to relevant teams when required
  • Respond to queries in the accounts inbox and ensure timely replies
  • Post incoming payments and perform daily reconciliations
  • Make daily payments and handle any related queries
  • Monitor and manage outstanding debts, ensuring timely collection of payments
  • Communicate effectively with relevant parties to resolve payment discrepancies or disputes
  • Support the Management Accountant with any other ad hoc tasks as required
