Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging visitors, offering clear information and encouragement to explore exhibitions and activities
• Providing a high standard of front-of-house service through attentive, friendly and informed interaction
• Supporting events, talks, school visits and family activities
• Managing visitor flow and responding confidently to a wide range of needs
• Contributing to a safe, secure and well-run public environment

Qualifications & Skills

Working closely with colleagues across teams to deliver an excellent overall visitor experience

This role suits someone who has relevant experience, enjoys working with the public, values cultural exchange, and takes pride in delivering hospitality based on omotenashi principles (thoughtfulness, attention to detail, respect, and warmth).
