Job summary

A local education authority in Sandwell is seeking a dedicated professional to support teaching in Year 6 and other year groups. Qualifications

• Experience in supporting teaching and learning in a school environment.

Job description

Full time 27.50 hours or Part time minimum 16.50 hours for the best candidate. Temporary position based on Pupil Premium funding - possibility for both more hours and permanent contract.,

• Support teaching in Year 6 and other year groups, plus cover of PPA and Leadership and management time.
• Cover for absence when needed at short notice.
• Be prepared to plan and deliver sessions at short notice as required
• Liaise with and feedback to class teachers, parents and other stakeholders
• Complete assessment, marking and feedback to children where necessary and appropriate
