This team is led by experienced professionals and is known for its collaborative approach and innovative projects. With a focus on building in-house technology, the team works on cutting-edge low latency, high availability systems, and next-generation trading models.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality software with a focus on Java, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.
Contribute to the integration of new technologies and methodologies, supporting the team's tech stack overhaul.
Participate in the design and implementation of systematic trading components, particularly in FX or futures markets.
Engage in a variety of tasks, from writing trading models to implementing new features, while continuously learning and adapting.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Java developer with strong skills in Linux and SQL.
Solid understanding of core computer science concepts, such as threading and algorithms.
Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, well-tested software in a practical setting.
Keen interest in pricing and execution, with the versatility to handle diverse tasks.
Quick to learn new languages, technologies, or domains as needed.
Demonstrates personal initiative, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Capable of adapting to the fast-paced and evolving nature of the financial sector.
Preferred:
Background in developing systematic trading components, preferably in spot FX or futures markets.
