Job Description

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator fluent in Japanese and English, based in London or Abingdon. This role involves working with a global business development consultancy serving clients across Europe, America, and East Asia. The position offers a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines, supporting promotional activities with Sales & Marketing, and engaging with international clients to facilitate partnerships in Asia and Europe. You will also prepare reports, assist with overseas visits, and develop marketing collateral.

Candidate Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or Technology/Engineering
  • Fluent in English and Japanese (N1 level), with excellent writing skills in both languages
  • Experience or studies in Japan are highly desirable
  • Interest or experience in business, marketing, Japan/Asia, and technology/innovation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to outreach to potential partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
