Sales Manager:
- Work with the team to increase sales in Japan org.
- Promote products to Japanese customers to increase sales in Japan.
- Work with channel partners to increase sales.
- Run the numbers to make sure to understand where the sales is and where it need to be for our growth.
Responsibilities
- As key account manager to build winning strategy for key accounts
- Able to integrate the industrial perspective through key accounts and set up winning strategy for markets accordingly
- Account management: includes account development plan, business strategy, key DIN/DWIN goal, critical issue escalation and close-loop tactical execution. Initiate customer product road, set up executive appointment, manage forecast and backlog related business planning.
- Account maintenance: require updates at least once a quarter to update customer’s roadmap, org-chart, contacts, challenges, revenue projection and competitor’s progress.
- Manage communication: Communicate customer expectation and requirement crystal clear back to internal marketing and engineering team. Collecting feedback from internal stakeholders and sending proper approval back to set accurate customer expectation.
- Team alignment: Provide weekly comprehensive customer status report and set up weekly call to close-loop every open issue. Helping the organization to innovate and to develop new business models based on customer needs and requirements.
- Project management: Work as a driver, deal critical issue escalation and close-loop tactical execution. Identify impacts, critical path and challenges, could take full use of resources and lead to win.
- Business operation: Working closely with operations to ensure quality and profitability in delivery by securing contract fulfillment, including the delivery of services, is the sponsor of customer projects.
- Customer relationship setup: Building relationships with working level and senior customer executives to achieve "trusted partner" status and address the entire business needs of the customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven sales performance, ability to achieve DIN and DWIN in competitive market and considerable business operation experience
- Excellent logical thinking and comprehension skills

- Over 8 years working experience in semiconductor products promotion, experience of signal integrity products preferred
- Over 5 years working experience for key accounts like Sony, Panasonic preferred
- Strong learning ability to learn new technology and products
- In-depth technical and application knowledge in Wireless module industry especially for Datacom & Telecommunication applications
