The rate is £13.49ph PAYE

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in janitorial, caretaking, or handyman roles within medium to large organisations, demonstrating practical skills in basic maintenance and minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing curtain rails, mounting shelves, and painting. They will be confident in using cleaning equipment and methods, able to undertake high-level and carpet cleaning, and physically fit to manage lifting, carrying, loading, and seasonal duties such as leaf clearance and gritting pathways.

The candidate will show strong communication skills in English, maintain accurate records for safety checks, and uphold high standards of health and safety awareness. With a reliable attendance record, a full UK driving licence, and access to a business-insured vehicle, they will provide flexible support across multiple sites, ensuring rooms are prepared and facilities are maintained to a professional standard.
