Job summary

A global talent solutions company in Stevenage is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to support their Programme Office for MSP Transition. Responsibilities include managing schedules across multiple workstreams and coordinating with document repositories. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in ITSM, preferably with ServiceNow, and be familiar with KeyedIn. This role is inside IR35 and requires prompt availability.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive ITSM experience, ideally with ServiceNow.
• Able to manage master schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Experience in preparing steering packs, reporting, and coordinating workstream leads.

Responsibilities

• Support the running of the Programme Office for MSP Transition.
• Track deliverables and manage document repositories, including sign-offs and audit tracking.
• Provide coordination support where needed.

• Pro‑active Dependencies and Risk Management
• Steering Packs, Reporting and Design Authority Pack preparation and coordination of workstream leads.
• Deliverables tracking
• Management of document repositories, facilitating sign offs and audit tracking
• Providing additional coordination support where needed.
• Ideally is familiar with KeyedIn
