  • Escalate complex issues to the infrastructure team as needed.
  • Support the IT team in ensuring secure and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users across multiple sites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

Technical Skillset

  • Experience with remote support tools
  • Any exposure to Intune or Azure is a bonus
