Qualifications

• Previous IT technical support experience in a busy environment.

Requirements / Experience

• Previous IT Technical support gained in a busy IT environment. Any knowledge of Microsoft Teams or VOIP (SaaS) ideally both, or office365 advantageous.
• Ideally experienced across the board in all areas of office Networks
• Anyone working for a current Managed service provider advantageous
• Hard Working and looking to develop in a scale up business
• Natural relationship builder and good communicator
