IT Support / Infrastructure Manager - £85k Basic - London Oil & Gas Major/Trading House

Global leading Oil & Gas Major / commodity trading house seeks an experienced hands-on IT Support/Infrastructure Manager to oversee all their trading desk technical support for hardware, software and peripheral issues across Windows and Mac environments.

Based from their prestigious Central London Global HQ 3 days per week, with 2 days working remotely (or you can go into the office 5 days per week if you prefer), you will manage a team, with you acting as the escalation point for complex support tickets, overseeing the local IT equipment lifecycle, including procurement of IT, deployment, inventory management and decommissioning.

This is a technical leadership role, managing a team of 5 supporting 300 users in London, but also being an escalation point "getting your hands dirty" where needed to resolve IT issues. As well as the day-to-day hands-on IT support and team leadership, you will be proactive in looking to improve the IT environment through replacing, upgrading software and hardware, as well as ensuring increasing levels of support in cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure.

Salary: £70-85k basic + bonus + benefits
