• Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support or service desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, Exchange and networking.
• Customer-focused with great communication skills.
• Happy working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive IT support across multiple sites.
• Set up and configure laptops, mobiles, and user accounts.
• Support Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, and general networking.
• Maintain systems, software, and security updates.
• Work closely with the IT team to deliver excellent service.
