Qualifications

• Experience in a professional IT setting supporting users.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and internal systems.
• Interest in data analysis and IT development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd Line Support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support regional offices through calls, emails, and remotely.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, provisioning devices, training staff.
• Order and manage IT supplies ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Maintain printers and the printer server, resolving issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance of phone systems.
