A leading IT recruitment firm is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a market-leading client in St Athan. This onsite role involves providing second and third line support to users in both the UK and the US, requiring strong expertise in troubleshooting Windows environments and Active Directory. Ideal candidates will have experience with Microsoft 365 and excellent problem-solving skills. Benefits include a company pension and ongoing development training.
IT Support Engineer required by a market leading client based in St Athan. This will be an onsite role (With the occasional work from home day) providing 2nd and 3rd Line support within a varied technical environment to a user based in both the UK and the US.
Please note, this role is onsite 4-5 days a week so you would need to live within a commutable distance, or be willing to relocate to the area.
This role is ideal for someone with strong desktop and server support experience who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, supporting users, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT systems and services.
You will act as an escalation point from 1st line, working across infrastructure, systems and applications, while also getting involved in projects and system upgrades.
